initial visit (60 min)

The initial appointment involves an extensive overview of your current and past health history, as well as goal setting and expectations, and coming up with a treatment plan that fits you. This appointment may also include pertinent physical exams as well as laboratory tests to determine the root cause of your health concerns.

return visit (30 min)

Follow up visits are needed to track progress and make any changes or adjustments to your treatment plans. In these appointments we may go over lab results, address any challenges or obstacles you’ve been dealing with, or discuss any new health issues that have emerged. This can be booked as a virtual or in person appointment.

extended return visit (45 min)

If you feel like you need more time during your return visit to discuss your health, then you have the option to book an extended return visit. This can be booked as a virtual or in person visit.

breif/acute return visit (15 min)

For those that want a quick check in to discuss their progress or a minor issue, or that need to refill a prescription, a brief return visit may be all that is needed. This can be booked as a virtual or in person visit.

acupuncture visit (45 min)

Acupuncture is one of the oldest treatments in history, and is used to treat numerous ailments such as chronic pain, digestive upset, insomnia, fertility issues, and more. This treatment is only available after an initial visit

b12 injection (15 min)

B12 injections are good for those that have a low dietary intake (this is particularly common in vegans and vegetarians), as well as those with a predisposition for poor absorption of B12 in the digestive tract (common in the elderly and those with the autoimmune condition pernicious anemia). B12 deficiency typically manifests as fatigue and low mood, but it can also cause mouth ulcers, a sore tongue and a feeling of ‘pins and needles’ on the hands and feet. This treatment is only available after an initial visit.
